Our Work
The Brooke Group takes pride in every project, from large to small. Each project is met with a thoughtfully curated approach, where quality and sustainability are prioritized through completion. Below are a few projects selected to highlight our capability and versatility as a consulting firm and development service provider.

Residence at South College Drive
Located on the campus of Rowan College of South Jersey, The Residence at College Drive is a newly constructed, 24-unit supportive housing community providing affordable, independent living for individuals with disabilities. Completed in October 2025, the accessible development combines quality housing with convenient access to education, transportation and supportive services through its connection to the RCSJ Academy for Neurodiversity and surrounding special services facilities.
Speitel Commons
Featured in the HUD Guide to Reposition Small Housing Authorities: Speitel Commons was built as part of a Section 18 RAD blended project. This project was initiated in response to a floodplain concern. 20 senior units, known as Peck’s Beach Senior, were damaged by Hurricane Sandy as well as 12 more units located in a neighboring building. In response to the damage and risk of future flooding, Speitel Commons was built to house the displaced residents. The totality of the project included permanent and temporary relocation, partial demolition, new construction and renovation.

Milan and Main at City Center
The City Center Redevelopment, now known as Main at City Center, represents a transformative investment in the revitalization of downtown Pleasantville. Working with the City of Pleasantville, The Brooke Group led the permanent relocation of residential and commercial tenants to facilitate redevelopment of the area. Completed in 2017, the multi-phase mixed-use development introduced approximately 275 market-rate and affordable rental homes, along with retail space, creating new housing opportunities and contributing to the continued economic growth and revitalization of the City’s downtown.
